If you like potatoes and who doesn’t like potatoes you are going to love these!

INGREDIENTS:

Six uniform medium size Russet potatoes
One half cup of butter
One cup of sour crème
One cup of whipping crème
Cheddar cheese

Preparation:

Bake your six potatoes at 400 degrees for one hour making sure you punch holes in your washed potatoes. After they are baked put them on a cooling rack for 30 minutes.
Cut each potato long wise in half and place on a cookie sheet. Scoop out the potatoes and put into a mixing bowl leaving the skins intact.

Mix the potatoes and the above ingredients together until it is well mixed and then scoop into the empty shells. Sprinkle the top of the potatoes with shredded cheddar cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

These are so delicious they could be habit forming…enjoy with your favorite entree.

If you like potatoes, especially mashed, then you will want to try this recipe with you next meal. It might outshine your entree, but thats ok because it's that good.
