HOW MANY OF YOU AT ONE TIME OR ANOTHER CRAVES CHOCOLATE?

If the answer to this question is yes then this is a must try recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

Two cups of sugar
Two tablespoons of cocoa
One cup of milk
One tablespoons of vanilla extract
Two tablespoons of butter

Preparation:

Mix the sugar and cocoa together and add the two cups of milk. The secret to good fudge is cooking it long enough on a medium temperature and stirring it through the cooking process.

In order to have a successful fudge you must cook it just long enough. The way to test for this is by taking a cup of ice water and after your fudge has been bubbling for ten to fifteen minutes put a teaspoon of your fudge into the cold water. When this forms a ball it is done.

This is a secret my Grandma taught me and we use to make it every Saturday night. Once you have reached this point you need to set your pan in the sink in cold water and stir until the color turns light brown, you will notice that the fudge looses its sheen and becomes dull. Once this happens you need to immediately put it in a buttered pan as it will set quickly. Let it cool cut in squares and enjoy. It goes perfect with pop corn and a movie.

This recipe is so simple a caveman can do it, but a caveman never had a dessert like this. Chocolate Fudge so good that you'll forget all about that diet you were on.
