How many of you have friends that are gourmet cooks and when
ever you dine at their home it seems like they have hired a
chef to do the cooking. For those of you who can relate to this
I have just the recipe for you:
CHICKEN DIVINE
INGREDIENTS:
Eight skinless chicken breast
One pound of bacon
Two packages of dried beef
Sour crème 32ounces
Two cans of Crème of chicken soup (Campbell soup)
One stick of butter
Preparation:
Take your six chicken breast and pound until they are about ½
inch high the thinner the tenderer. Wrap bacon around each
chicken breast set aside.
Take your two packages of dried beef and chop into pieces of ½
by ½ inch.
Mix your sour crème and two cans of crème of chicken soup
together and set aside.
Take a 12x9 glass pan melt your stick of better. Place the
chopped up dried beef on top of the melted butter to cover the
entire bottom of the pan. Now place the eight chicken breasts
on top of the dried beef and cover with your mixture of soup
and sour crème.
Pop in the oven at 325 for 4 hours and be ready for a real
treat.
I have never served this that everyone was not just blown away.
It is so tender it melts in your mouth. Your gourmet chef
friend is definitely going to want to know your secret. Enjoy
with mashed potatoes or baked which ever you prefer.
